Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy


Returns


We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Buyers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, the item must:

    •    Be in the same condition as received

    •    Be unworn, unused, and unwashed

    •    Have all original tags attached

    •    Be returned in original packaging

    •    Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)


How to Start a Return


To initiate a return, contact us at contacto@rositepr.com within 14 days of delivery.


Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

    •    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs

    •    Original shipping fees are non-refundable

    •    We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments



Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items


Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contacto@rositepr.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.



Non-Returnable Items


In accordance with Etsy and Shopify policies, the following items are non-returnable:

    •    Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

    •    Custom or personalized items (including special orders)

    •    Sale or clearance items

    •    Gift cards


If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing.



Exchanges


We do not offer direct exchanges.


To receive a different item:

    1.    Request and complete a return for the original item (subject to approval), and

    2.    Place a new order for the replacement item.


This ensures faster processing and inventory accuracy.



European Union Customers – Right of Withdrawal


If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.


Returned items must:

    •    Be unused and unworn

    •    Include original tags and packaging

    •    Include proof of purchase


Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.



Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved:

    •    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

    •    Processing time is up to 10 business days

    •    Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund
